RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION
To confirm the reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the holiday.
The deposit must be paid within five days of the confirmation sent by email, by sending the bank transfer order or a copy of the postal order.
The payment service with POS, debit card or credit card is not yet active for the payment of the deposit.
The confirmation of the reservation obliges the customer to pay for the entire stay, except for the possibility of cancellation indicated below.
Payment for the stay must be made within the penultimate day of stay in cash (within the limits of the law) or by credit card (no Amex / Diners), debit card, bank transfer. We do not accept bank checks.
The stay begins at 2.30 pm on the day of arrival (where possible the apartment can be delivered earlier) and ends at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
45 Euros are required for final cleaning, the apartment must be left in good condition with dishes washed and rubbish taken to the bins.
Terms of cancellation / termination:
It is possible to cancel your trip without having to pay the full amount of the holiday with the following conditions.
Refund of the deposit:
Half of the amount paid as a deposit is refunded if the cancellation is received within 45 days from the beginning of the holiday, for cancellations communicated later, the entire deposit is retained .
Charging of holiday costs:
The customer with the reservation is obliged to pay the full amount of the holiday, even if partially used.
In the case of cancellations received within 10 days of the start of the holiday, 50% of the cost of the entire holiday will be charged; after 10 days from the beginning of the holiday , 80% of the total cost will be charged.
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code.
COVID-19 EMERGENCY cancellation:
In the event of an established emergency (unexpected impossibility of moving between Regions or other local ordinances) the amount of the deposit will be refunded.
