PLEASE NOTE - PRICES INCLUDE / DO NOT INCLUDE

 

- Prices are per apartment per day for a minimum stay of 7 nights (in case of stays of less than 7 nights there will be a surcharge).

- In the medium and high season periods we rent from Saturday to Saturday.

- Four people means two adults and two children (max 10 years)

- Price 3 adults + 15 Euros/day 

- We provide bed linen and blankets and a set of bath towels

- Prices do not include mandatory final cleaning of 60 Euros

- Prices include all consumptions (water-gas-electricity-heating)

- We do not provide cleaning and hygiene products

- Breakfast is not provided, there is no daily cleaning service

- Holiday Pass Premium - free use of all public transport (buses and trains) throughout South Tyrol

- Ski deposit with boot warmer (winter service)

- possibility of e-bike charging (summer)

- The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday; starts at 15:30 on the day of arrival and ends at 10 on the day of departure

- Small pets 45 € / week
