The Plan de Corones - Kronplatz has been repeatedly voted the best ski center in Europe, for the quality of its lifts, slopes and snow. And he's not wrong! For years, it has been the flagship of South Tyrol, thanks to its 100 km of ski slopes and the highly efficient ski lifts, which are constantly being modernized. Not a year goes by without improvements to existing plants, the construction of new slopes and the upgrading of snow cannons.
In fact, snow is guaranteed on the entire slope park from the beginning to the end of the season, thanks to a powerful network of cannons for programmed snow: so at any temperature the lifts and slopes will be open and provided with a snow that will allow you to take advantage of the ski pass at all hours of the day.
The slopes that Plan de Corones offers are very varied: there are plenty of blue, long and safe slopes for skiers who want to improve their technique or learn from scratch. For advanced tourists there are many kilometers of red slopes available, which will allow you to become more and more familiar with skiing. Experienced skiers will certainly like the famous black slopes such as the Erta (European Cup races venue and right in front of our apartments), the Sylvester and the new Hernegg and Piculin. From here, and with a single ski pass, you can reach Alta Badia in 20 minutes, and start the famous ski tours such as the Sellaronda, the Great War tour or even test the famous Gran Risa!
The strategic position of the Rosalpina Apartments will allow you to walk to the ski slopes, only 150 meters away ! And if you have children enrolled in the Kindergarten Snow - Kinderland you can admire them from the balcony of your house! The school camp is right in the snowy meadow in front of our structure: an opportunity that no other accommodation in San Vigilio can offer you!

Summer
San Vigilio is a beautiful mountain town at the beginning of the Badia valley at 1,200 meters above sea level .
The Dolomites, described by many as the most beautiful architectural work of nature, form the backdrop to this small and orderly town of 1300 inhabitants.
There are numerous types of summer holidays in San Vigilio: sports with hiking , mountain biking and climbing ; quiet with classic walks and relaxation in the refuges; gastronomy to discover the countless typical specialties of our land, perhaps directly in the hut; cultural rediscovering Ladin customs, traditions and legends .
The position of our village allows easy walks in the woods and along the river to the longest excursions in the Fanes-Sennes-Braies natural park, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
In the summer season, the tourist company, in collaboration with the exhibitors, organizes events and festivals, to make your stay in the Dolomites even more enjoyable.
